RATE INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Mediation Services are billed to the nearest half hour. Two party sessions are billed at $290 per party, per hour. Three party sessions are billed at $245 per party, per hour. Four party sessions are billed at $200 per party, per hour.  Five or more party sessions are billed at $190 per party, per hour.  There is a three and a half hour minimum for mediations reserved for a half day, and a seven hour minimum for mediations reserved for a full day.

Travel time outside of Hillsborough County, Florida will be billed for actual time spent traveling at a rate that is half of the applicable hourly rate. Travel costs such as airfare and reasonable lodging will be added to the mediation invoice.

Cancellations should be in writing, and following agreement of all parties and counsel. Half day mediations cancelled with less than 11 business days notice shall incur a three hour minimum charge. Full day mediations cancelled with less than 11 business days notice shall incur a six hour minimum charge. Unless otherwise agreed, all parties and their attorneys are equally responsible for any cancellation fee.
